Many do not insure their goods flow in the belief that the buyer or seller is responsible for goods risks. Risk factors such as joint failures or that the seller/buyer fails to take out insurance even though, according to incoterms, they have insurance liability; which unfortunately is something too many find out too late and then it may be an expensive experience.
